  1. Get real about how much time you have to work on your business. Don’t overestimate this time, it will make this entire activity unrealistic and unachievable.
  2. Decide the pace that you want to work at with capacity and profit. I decided last year that I want steady and slow. Nope,  every season won’t be that, but it’s the standard and we will work towards it every single week! And if I’m working towards it,  I’m bound to achieve it. You can’t achieve something you never work on! 
  3. Decide how much money you want to make a month then multiply it by 12.

There you have it. You’ve now defined your capacity, pace, and profitability goals!

 Now, Take a Look at Your:

  • Service/ digital product offers
  • Marketing strategies
  • Lead generation funnels
